Today, Henk Veldink joined the Management Board of Vynova as Chief Operating Officer (COO). In his role, he will oversee the company’s operations, covering Vynova’s monomers and polymers plants in Belgium, Germany, France, the Netherlands and the UK. In addition, he will supervise Vynova’s Technology & Engineering processes.

In addition, Luc Leunis has decided to retire from Vynova in the near future. From 1 September until his retirement, he will take on the role of Senior Advisor to the Management Board to ensure a smooth transfer of his responsibilities. Luc Leunis has been a member of the Vynova Management Board since the company’s foundation in 2015, overseeing Vynova’s Monomers Operations, as well as the company’s Technology & Engineering, Human Resources and Communications activities.

Peter Prinz, previously Executive Vice President Polymers Operations, will take up other responsibilities within the Management Board. As Executive Vice President Transformation and Integration, he will continue to lead Vynova’s Quality, Safety, Health and Environment (QSHE) activities and in addition will oversee the company’s Sustainability, Business Integration, Human Resources and Communications activities.
Hans Mattheeuws, Executive Vice President Finance, and Johan Van Den Broeck, Executive Vice President Commercial, remain responsible within the Management Board for Vynova’s Finance, IT, Tax and Legal activities, and the company’s Business Management, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain and Procurement activities, respectively.
