Position

As our Area Sales Manager  Benelux, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening our customer relationships and expanding our customer base. With your excellent listening and negotiation skills, you will promote Vynova as their supplier of choice.

Tasks / responsibilities

Your focus will be on strengthening and expanding customer relationships.

Therefore, you:

  • act as the primary contact for our customers in the KOH and derivatives (such as Flakes and Potassium Carbonates) portfolio and you identify and capitalize growth opportunities in the Benelux.
  • develop and execute sales strategies and action plans.
  • enhance sales processes to align with internal goals and unlock new business opportunities.
  • promote VYNOVA as the supplier of choice.
  • understand market needs and offer compelling value propositions.
  • set and achieve sales targets for growth and profitability.
  • build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • negotiate annual contracts with key accounts.
  • provide accurate sales forecasts and market insights.
  • identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  • maintain a robust CRM pipeline and support Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP).
  • ensure compliance with SHE and ISO guidelines.

Profile

  • We value your master’s degree in chemical engineering or business economics combined with at least 5 years of sales experience in the chemical industry.
  • We are looking for your strong customer focus and team spirit.
  • We need your excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • We would like you to listen to our customers’ needs and make them offers, they can’t refuse.
  • We require your strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
  • We appreciate your basic financial knowledge.
  • We value your proficiency in sales-related systems.
  • We look for your willingness to travel.
  • We need you to be fluent in Dutch and English.
